Everyone needs the Internet. Not all ISP’s are created equal.

In my few years of trying different ISP’s, from the cheapest to the most expensive I have realised something. There is a sweet spot between the cheapest, the best value and the best customer service.

Iinet is the sweet spot. Their plans are well priced and good value. Plus- when you need to phone them, they will phone you back. You do not need to hang on your mobile for hours waiting to get through. Simply, phone them and they will give you an estimate of when they will phone you back. This is especially useful for when you are on a mobile as the phone call doesn’t cost more than the actual Internet bill you are calling about.

The staff are very helpful. They have an Australian and South African call centre and you can phone them at all hours. I cannot emphasis how great the call back feature is. Banks, credit card companies etc should all adopt this practice.
